AMAZEMET
AMAZEMET sp. z o.o. was established on the basis of research and development work carried out at the Warsaw University of Technology since 2016, concerning the production of new materials, in particular metal powder materials for 3D printing and the production of in-situ nanocomposites by laser remelting.
Currently, the company's main specialization is high-temperature ultrasonic technologies and equipment for atomization of metal powders, including atomization of powders under the "rePowder" brand and support for foundry processes. The company provides integrated technology solutions for the production of advanced materials and improvements to existing manufacturing processes.
The "rePowder" technology enables the material to be obtained in powder form from any charge and was created as a useful tool for researchers conducting research and development of new materials for 3D printing and powder metallurgy. The use of ultrasound in the processing of metals and their alloys significantly increases the volatility and degassability of the alloy. This means an increase in the ability to cast complex shapes and a reduction in the number of casting defects.
AMAZEMET sp. z o.o. was established in 2019 on the initiative of inventors from the Faculty of Materials Engineering and the Faculty of Production Engineering, who took shares together with the Institute of Applied Research of the Warsaw University of Technology.
